Boy, 8, writes a heartbreaking letter to his 'murdered' mother

An eight-year-old boy has written a heartbreaking letter to his mother after her remains were found alongside a motorway.

Police discovered body parts believed to belong to missing 29-year-old Ellia Arathoon close to the M53 in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire, on Thursday.

Officers investigating believe she was murdered and a man has since been charged.
Her son Reece Dunne, wrote the heart wrenching letter with his dad, John Dunne, 29, after talking to him about the 'fantastic memories' he had of his mother.

The note read: 'To mummy, I love you a million times around the world.
'I wish you didn't die. I remember playing with you and that made me happy
'I know you are an angel now and you can see me all the time. I feel sad but I'm going to be brave, love Reece.'
John, from Ellesmere Port, described his ex-partner as 'one of a kind' and said he is trying to protect his son from finding out the details of his mother's death.
John said: 'Ellia used to do everything with him - the bond they had together was just remarkable really.
'She used to say to him 'it's me and you against the world'.
'I had to tell him that his mummy was now an angel in heaven and that she's always looking over him now every day and that she'll look out for him.
'We talked about the different things that he remembers, we both sat down and what's in that letter is what he said.'
The news of Ellia's death sparked mass tributes on social media and dozens of bouquets of flowers have been left in Ellesmere Port close to where police made the discovery.
