Groom refuses to cancel wedding ceremony after his bride died on wedding day

43 year-old Fana Maphumulo, from South Africa refused to cancel his
wedding ceremony with his wife to be, Nana Mkhize died an hour before

tying the knot on their wedding day last Saturday.

According to reports, sometime in October this year, 42 year-old Nana
had told Fana that she had dreamt she would die on her wedding day, but
the couple didn’t take much notice of the dream and moved on with their
wedding plans.

On the wedding day, hundreds of guests had arrived at
the beautifully decorated wedding venue at Kloof Civic Centre, Durban,
South Africa, to witness the couple’s big day only for Nana’s dream to
become a reality.

The deceased, who is from G section in Umlazi, south Durban, South
Africa, was reportedly admitted to the hospital the day before her
wedding, complaining of feeling weak. She died an hour before it was time
for her to tie the knot, reports say.

But amazingly, Fana from Hammersdale, west of Durban, South Africa,
stood strong, continued with the wedding ceremony and asked the pastor
to pray as he placed both rings on his finger.

The couple had reportedly been in a relationship for more than 20 years.
They both have four kids and had been planning the wedding for many
years before the tragic incident on their wedding day.
