John Hook, acting assistant electrician superintendent of the Electricity Distribution and Supply Authority (EDSA) has on Monday testified against Thomas Hesley of 9B
Peninsular road cassava farm Juba for illegally and dishonestly consuming electricity supply without accounting for them.
Arraigned before Magistrate Binneh Kamara at magistrate court no. 1, John Hook told the court that on 24th August 2016 himself and his colleague Mr. Kono Koroma when doing their routine monitoring and investigating illegal electricity activities between the hours of 10-12am went to the residence of the accused where they inspected and observed that the meter has been illegally tampered with.
