*NJALA TO INTRODUCE CONFERENCE MARKING*!!!!

As part of plans to institute quality assurance measures especially in the conduct of all examinations in Njala University, the Acting Director, Academic Affairs, Alpha A. Jalloh has disclosed that all examination scripts will now be marked using what he described as conference marking.

He said as the Directorate responsible for all academic matters in Njala University, they have realized the surreptitious means employed by students and some academic staff in awarding grades to undeserving students.

The conference marking accordingly will commence immediately after the second semester exams and all tutors are strictly advised to go by the marking scheme.

This quality assurance measure would expedite the publication of results and may to a colossal extent minimize dubious and diabolic acts, an anonymous bystander observed.
