Arsenal are still keeping tabs on Roma defender Kostas Manolas, according to Calciomercato in Italy.
The Greece international, who has also been linked with Chelsea, is a key player for Roma, who want to extend his contract beyond 2019.
But Arsenal are monitoring his situation, with a view to potentially strengthening their defence should Per Mertesacker move on at the end of the season.
Manolas is contracted to the Serie A club until the summer of 2019 but has allegedly snubbed a new deal which has alerted some of Europe’s top clubs.
