Twins Conjoined At The Head Look At Each Other For The First Time As They Make Historic Recovery From 27-Hour Surgery To Separate Them

Who are you? Jadon and Anias McDonald look at each other for the first time after surgery

These babies you see right here were conjoined from birth. A successful operation gave them an opportunity to stare at each other for the very first time. They shared every second of their lives together until last month.

But Jadon and Anias McDonald, twins conjoined at the crown of their heads, never caught a glimpse of their closest companion.
In October, the 13-month-old boys were successfully separated in a grueling, life-threatening 27-hour operation at Montefiore Hospital.
And a month later, as they make an historically rapid recovery, they have been pictured looking at each other for the first time.
Staring, open-mouthed, they both look stunned.

They shared every second of their lives together until last month. But Jadon and Anias , twins conjoined at the crown of their heads, never caught a glimpse of their closest companion
Before Surgery

This is the moment Nicole McDonald was able to hold Jadon for the first time

Based on national statistics, it is astonishing they made it to 13 months JadonAnias
