In a bizarre scene, Donald Trump was hurried off the stage Saturday night by two Secret Service guards at a Nevada rally at the Reno-Sparks Convention Center.
The crowd at the rally appeared to be confused by the commotion, while someone near the front of the stage appeared to be subdued. A voice at the rally yelled "gun" despite no weapon being found, according to reports. A white man in a blue-hooded jacket was later seen handcuffed and escorted out by multiple police officers.
Prior to the incident, Trump had looked out to the crowd and said, "We have one of those guys from the Hillary Clinton campaign. How much are you being paid—$1,500?
"All right. Take him out," Trump calmly said to security. He then continued with his speech.
"When we win the election on Tuesday, you will finally have a government on your side, fighting for your community and protecting your family.
"By the way, folks, while we're at it. Great—"
It was at that point that chaos seemed to have erupted and sent rally-goers scattering. Eight minutes later, Trump returned to his lectern, according to reports.
Trump later thanked his Reno supporters on Twitter.
The Reno incident happened on the same day Secret Service apprehended a masked man with a weapon outside the White House, according to reports. The suspect was charged with carrying a firearm without a license, carrying unregistered ammunition, resisting arrest and committing a crime while wearing a mask, according to NBC4 in Washington.
