Sierra Leone Gist: Fuel Price Increase

There has been an ongoing argument as to whether there should  be an increase in the price


of fuel. Over a month  now we have been deliberating on the negative effects of an increase. Today we bought fuel at Le 5,500 per litre  from what it used to be before at Le 3,750 . It is Le 1,750 rise it may seem small but with great influence  on the cost of everything. The masses will suffer.It is always  case of the rich getting richer and the poor getting poorer.
